Hi everyone!

Welcome to the virtual capstone of my time at the Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania.

​

Growing up in Beijing, China, I started my chapter in the US since 2019 at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, double-majoring in Psychology and Anthropology. Starting from 2023, I have been studying at the Education, Culture, and Society program at UPenn's Graduate School of Education.

As you can see from this photo taken at Legoland during my study abroad Short Study Tour in Denmark, where I first learned how valuable play can be in education, I am passionate about exploring the ways in which play can impact mental health and well-being in schools and the workplace. In my capstone, I aim to raise awareness of the healing benefits of play and its role in fostering joy, creativity, and resilience in professional spaces including schools and workplaces.
